I practise Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, this is a style of Therapy which focuses on the holistic treatment of the overall human being, understanding the causative factors behind behaviours and utilising client centred understandings and development to achieve positive change.

The Therapy room is a safe and confidential space for you to share what is on your mind and deepen the process of getting to know yourself. With the guidance of the Therapist, you can attain a greater level of understanding of yourself and your thought processes and achieve positive change in numerous aspects of your life.
